(Filming + Editing) South Padre Island, Texas, is a renowned fishing and vacation destination, but it is also home to an incredible wildlife story, too! The Texas Gulf Coast island is home to five of the world’s seven species of sea turtle, with each species federally listed as either endangered or threatened. That makes these soft, sandy shores that they lay their eggs on incredibly important.
(Filming + Editing) Researchers from NASA's Kennedy Space Center traveled to Masten’s test site in Mojave to conduct materials testing using hot gas from a rocket engine. These series of hot fire tests were used to examine the suitability of the materials that could be used in the construction of landing pads on the lunar surface for large landers.

In conjunction with Discovery Networks and Texas Tourism, Dante contributed as a lead camera operator and editor for a fresh new take on tourism campaigns. Leveraging his expertise in expedition documentary productions for “Travel Texas” across Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, HGTV, and Food Network to create network-specific adventures with a tourism twist. This cross-platform multi-million dollar campaign focused on the social media travel market and was considered such a homerun success by the client that they renewed for two additional years of content.

Hosted on discovery.com, the site received 500,000+ combined page views with 320,000+ unique visits and an average of 3 minutes spent per user visit
On social, there was a combined 100M+ impressions received among key target audiences, including 5M :10s video views of the mid-form videos, 3M :03s views of the short-form videos, and 600K+ completed video watches
A brand lift study measuring the paid portion of the campaign on Facebook and Instagram found a 3.7pt lift in the likelihood of recommending Travel Texas to a friend – 1.3pts above Facebook’s North American benchmark

The campaign succeeded in generating hundreds of thousands of impressions and markedly boosted user engagement throughout the duration of the campaign.
