Dante is an award-winning videographer, field producer, and video editor based in sunny Southern California.

He’s filmed calving glaciers, 140,000 strong fur seal colonies in Alaska, baby alligators in the Everglades, wildland firefighters during active burns and BBQ pitmasters in Texas. With production experience in creating over 80+ docu-style videos from initial concept to principal photography, post-production and final delivery, he has polished his voice as a relentlessly curious filmmaker. Ultimately, Dante is passionate about exploration, observing experts in action and capturing the vastness of the Human Experience. He truly believes storytelling is a fundamental tool for building compassion and awareness.

After graduating from George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs, Dante began his 7-year journey at Tandem Stills + Motion, transitioning from Assistant Editor to practicing cinematography under Ansel Adams award-winning American photographer/filmmaker, Ian Shive. In 2020, Dante spearheaded a new cross-platform digital series for Discovery Channel titled Nature in Focus, tasked with documenting and editing Shive’s journey as they traveled around the world telling nature's story through photography. From remote atolls in American Samoa to six weeks on a research vessel in the Aleutian Islands, Dante would record their daring expeditions to otherworldly landscapes and all the fleeting moments in between.

He played an integral role in both filming and editing the first-of-its-kind, cross-network advertising campaign for Texas Tourism on Discovery. Spanning five networks - Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, HGTV and Food Network - Dante blended his aptitude for adventure filmmaking with the charm of on-screen guest + host interactions.

From a young age, Dante was adamant about turning strangers into friends and learning from their stories. Whether at the supermarket or the park, his parents would often find that he’d left their side to interrogate an unsuspecting passerby about their occupation or favorite cartoon. Not much has changed since those days; he’s still on the hunt for the next great story.
